With Playbook AI, you can generate AI art right in your Playbook account and they store every image and prompt automatically. Throughout the year, they host different AI art contests with chances to win cash prizes (up to $1,000.)
  10. SOLO AI AWARD 2024: SOLO AI AWARD is dedicated to exploring the intersection of contemporary creative practices and artificial intelligence through a global competition focusing on digital and new media art. This year’s edition, Colección SOLO aimed to recognize and reward the quality, proposal, and narrative in moving image artworks created with AI, with a special interest in proposals with non-traditional storytelling. The winning piece has been awarded 10,000 euros, and is being exhibited at Espacio SOLO museum in Madrid (Spain) as well as in other collaborating institutions.

The 60th edition of the Venice Art Biennale opened on April 20, 2024, and will run through Nov. 24, 2024. Curated by Adriano Pedrosa and themed “Stranieri Ovunque—Foreigners Everywhere,” the Biennale features 332 artists and groups in 90 national pavilions. This year, an exhibition by Josèfa Ntjam is on display and depicts a fantasy world inhabited by AI-created creatures that recalls both the deep ocean and outer space.

Stephanie Dinkins, a Brooklyn-based artist, won the inaugural LG Guggenheim Award, which celebrates artists working at the intersection of art and technology. She received $100,000 for her AI artwork, showcasing the significant impact and value of AI in contemporary art.
